Presenter: Manjeet Toor is an Outreach Officer for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). As a key member of Procurement Assistance Canada (PAC) – Atlantic Region, Manjeet advises and educates members of the business community and connects with economic development organizations to assist with understanding government procurement process.
