Black Business & Professional Network Inc. New Brunswick, BBPN is organizing an event to create awareness about mental health among youths, professionals, families, and business people in our Black Indigenous and People of Colour in our communities.
Digital Health Week is the annual celebration and recognition of how digital health is transforming the delivery of care across Canada. Black Business & Professional Network Inc. New Brunswick, BBPN is organizing an event to create awareness about mental health among youths, professionals, families, and business people in our Black Indigenous and People of Colour in our communities.
The goal of this session is to learn how digital mental health, as a growing field of interest in digital health and scientific research, has helped and can continue to transform or create a better experience in mental health awareness, prevention, and therapy.
Participants will also learn about the ethical concerns around the use of digital technologies for mental health treatment among adolescents and children based on risks of the vulnerability of these age groups and privacy breaches of digital technology users.
This Event is sponsored by gift from TD Bank Group, and supported by Canadian Health Infoway.
