Youth Entrepreneurship Talent Accelerator
Mentor Black youth aged 15–30 as they move from idea to pitch across the 8-week STEEFAAM program.
Black Women in Business & Profession
Support Black women starting, strengthening, or advancing a business or career through the Built to Grow pathways.
Black Men in Business and Profession
Support Black men starting, strengthening, or advancing a business or career through the Built to Grow pathways.
What we’re asking of you.
Time Commitment
Ongoing — about one hour, bi-weekly, once you’re matched.
Format
Virtual and in-person mentoring opportunities available.
Background
Professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders with real-world experience to share — formal credentials not required.
Screening
A background check is required before you’re matched with a mentee.
Compensation
An honorarium may be provided, subject to funding availability. All mentors are recognized publicly at BBPN’s Volunteer Appreciation event.
Language
Bilingual mentors welcome — English and French sessions both needed.

Once you’re matched, it’s an ongoing commitment of about one hour every two weeks.
Mentoring is volunteer-based. An honorarium may be provided where funding allows, and all mentors are recognized publicly at BBPN’s Volunteer Appreciation event.
